FAQ

Do you ship to PO BOX?

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please make sure you DO NOT provide P.O. Box address to us. Otherwise, you will be charged additionally for resending the product.

Where are Masta Box products sent from?

We currently have warehouses in Hong Kong and China. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity.

What are Duty and Tax and why should I pay?

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;  Masta Box has no control over these charges, nor can Masta Box predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

What payment methods are available?

Masta Box accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your payment will be processed through Stripe which is a third-party payment platform using a secure and encrypted channel.

Will my credit card details be stored?

To safeguard your security, Masta Box DOES NOT store any credit card details. Online purchase transactions will be charged to your credit card at the time you submit your order. The transaction will however only be processed after we have verified your card details and received credit authorization. You will be informed by email if we are unable to complete your order for any unexpected reason.

 

Why free shipping promotion is not available in my country?  ​

We try to cover as many countries as possible, for countries don’t support by our shipping partner we won’t be able to offer this promotions.

 

How long will the order processing take?

Once we received your order, it will be generally processed within 3 business working days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. Your order will be shipped via either FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority Export.

Can I get a return a product?

We hope that you will be satisfied with your selection and have done our best in providing you with the most detailed product images and descriptions. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund in case of misjudge of sizes or color.  Please read our return page carefully, as our return policy is pretty straight. You must fill in a RMA request form or your return will not be approved.
